I have a 10 foot tank (300 gallons, 2 feet deep, 2 feet tall). The tank has 2 closed loops, a center overflow with sump return on one side, powerhead in the middle of the return, and powerhead on the other side of the overflow. Each of these has loc line (I think that is what it is called) that I can use to point those outputs in whatever direction I want. I have 2 6100's that are currently on each side of the tank pointing towards the center front and 2 waveboxes - one on the back left pointing towards the overflow and the other on the other side. Here is a crude diagram:

*WB SR* *PH WB*
*TS ****** TS*
* CL PH CL *

**********************************
WB = Wavebox, SR = Sump Return, PH = Powerhead, CL = Closed Loop Return, TS= Tunze Stream
I have a few problems that I was hoping for some help from. 1st, I don't think I am getting the debris pushed up to the overflow at all. I am trying to aim the closed loops and the powerheads towards the top, but I just don't think that is working. My sand bed ends up getting pretty nasty and I have a few small places with cyno.
2nd, I am just not sure where to point the streams - or even if 2 is enough. I have them on each end of the tank pretty high, but the weight of them points them down at a slight angle. They are almost set to the highest setting from the 7095, but the end up displacing quite a bit of sand towards the middle front of the tank.
I am willing to buy more streams or even take down the tank to put in another closed loop or two. I am just not sure if that is necessary. Any suggestions?
