Help! Worm found!

Ok so I was moving some rocks in my tank and saw a weird worm. It looked more like a brown caterpiller I suppose. I tried to grab it after running to the kitchen to get a bag to put over my hand. It was weird looking. Any ideas? I removed the rock I found it on and there was another inside the rock.

Bristle worm probably. Ugly but good janitor. They sting though so don't touch. It hurts! Lionfishlair.com is a good way to id hitchhikers.

Ok. I was about to bleach the rock. I wasnt sure I also found a small clam on the bottom of that rock. Looks like a normal colored clam. Are any clams bad?

!!!! Tank is a 60 cube right? Unless the clam is isolated to one small rock I wouldnt even consider this as it would kill the good bacteria too. Also heard that rocks tgat have been bleached should be well rinsed amd allowed to dry completely before hoing back in the tank. Maybe I am wrong but I wouldn't want even diluted bleach making its way into my system.
