HELP! Yellow Wrasse with Septicemia?

Hope it's just a minor scrape from burying in the substrate, but after a couple of days it looks like the rash/bleeding is spreading under his skin. Does it look like Septicemia?
I have some Furan-2 on hand, but need to make up some saltwater for a hospital tank (which I'm doing now). The fish has been acting and eating just fine and I'm kinda of afraid of stressing him with moving/medicating unless absolutely necessary. Any opinion or advice welcomed.

Just noticed the sticky, here's the info:

1. How old is this aquarium?
*Three years old. Previous occupant passed on (10 year old Neon Velvet Damsel) 2 months ago and tank remained fallow until adding new fish on May 1st (Tail spot Blenny, YWG and tiger shrimp) and 4th (Yellow wrasse).

2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level?

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured?
*1.022 - eSHa Marinomat hydrometer.

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium?
*May 4th 2012 - The fish in question.

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How?
*Not quarantined. Upon fish's arrival, Paraguard bath for 15 minutes and then freshwater dip for 5 minutes before entering DT.

6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When?

7. If you are using hyposalinity, how did you calibrate your refractometer?

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?
*No bumps. Looks like a bloody rash under the skin with a couple of darker red streaks in the same area above right gill plate on the lateral line.

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
*It's acting just fine: Eating well, happily swimming about with no sign of distress.
10. Is the fish eating? What?
*Yes, everything I feed: flakes, brine shrimp and mysis.

Have been feeding him Formula One flakes soaked in Selcon for the last few days and the red marks and bloody rash is gone! Not sure if the the Selcon actually helped, but it didn't hurt for sure.
I wish I knew what caused this. Yesterday the rash was gone, but a few deep red streaks were left. Today, no signs of anything. I wonder if my Tiger Pistol Shrimp did a number on him while he was buried? Whatever it was, I'm glad it's gone!!
Really surprised I didn't get any comments, even with the pic. No worries now anyway.

I have seen the occassional red blotch on the side of my yellow wrasse as well, to be honest I've never really thought twice about it as it happens rarely and disappears in a day or so. It has always eaten great and doubled in size since I got it about a year ago at it's current 4". Hope my experience has helped.

Thanks Josh, probably just something they get when burying themselves at night. Mine has recovered 100% and is nice and plump... no worries.
