Hey guys, like a week ago i had a patch of about 40 armor of gods just close and then were open for 1 day and then stayed half way open. now they are just closed an have been for like 3 days. the funny thing is a small frag of the same zoo but not from that frag bought at a differnt time which sits about 18" away started the same thing on the same day. now my blue tubs which are 70 plus heads are starting to do the same thing. i dont know what is going on. i did a water change on sat, i also use ro/di water.

I would dip them ASAP. I have used Furon 2 with some success. A lot of fish stores sell it. There are some dip recipes here on the zoanthid forum.

Water temps should be somewhere in the range of 76-80 degrees F, but you want to keep it in a tight range around a number, not big swings, ie mine is 78-80F. What is your levels, ie NH3, PO4, etc? Do you only have zoas or do you have other stuff in the tank that is not doing well?

question is what is you pH and your ALK... I suspect it may be off. polyps are very much affected by this
