I have a Solano and I use a little Tunze egg shaped pump for extra flow in the tank. I have somehow managed to break the clips off the cradle. I was cleaning the pump and it broke off from the magnet. I believe it is the number 1 size. I need this part as soon as possible. Could you please call me and I will give you my credit card over the phone?

I would edit your post removing your phone number etc.... and send this info via PM to rvitko. sounds like you need a new nanostream clip which has since been redesigned to resist the breakage problem, will likely be covered under warranty.

Do you have a Nano Stream or a Korallia? Korallia is made by Hydor and is not a Tunze product, our pumps aren't egg shaped and don't have a model 1.
