Heniochus & powerheads

I posted on another thread that I lost my Heniochus Butterflyfish yesterday. It was stuck at the intake to a powerheaqd. I released it but didn't kow how long it was there. Earlier in the day it was swimming fine and does hang around the area of the powerhead because that is where I have a Nori Clip.
I was under the impression that healthy fish won't get pulled into the powerheads but is that the case for all fish?
I really like the Heniochus (favorite) and want to understand why I lost it.
Any help would be appreciated. Jim

A healthy heniochus should not be able to be sucked onto a powerhead. There are some fish out there that could, like a box fish, or maybe a file fish, but most likely if the heniochus was sucked onto a powerhead, it was already weak, IMO.

I'm trying to evaluate what went wrong and how to avoid the problem from re-occuring. It was a young fish & only had it about 7 weeks but it adjusted to the tank and feeding (flakes, mysis shrimp, rods, nori) from the first day. It was vary friendly when I put my hand in the tank for maintainance.
I won't get another heniochus until I'm pretty sure thisproblem won't happen aqain. Thaks for your help. Jim
