noticed my fox face acting strange last night around 830... lying against some rock at the back motionless... tried to feed her to perk her up... and nuthin... gently brushed her with a net to get her moving... i could see her breathing heavily... and then she seemed really disoriented just getting blown all over the place by powerheads... tried to isolate her in a container... and found her dead this morning.

zero signs of anything wrong.... clear eyes... no spots... was the star of the tank up until last night....

water checked out beautifully...

What size tank? What are the parameters? Hard to say. How long was it in the tank? No signs of being picked on or anything?

Zero signs of bullying... everyone was friendly.

Re-introduced from ich fallow period 3 weeks ago. Behaviour was great up until last night.

No other fish affected? Never gone fallow, not sure what its like. How long was the fallow period? Was everyone introduced back at the same time?

How did you treat for ich? TTM? I think the display needs to have no fish for 72 if memory serves

It doesn't need to, that is the recommended length of time, but 8 weeks would usually suffice. 72 is for the possible outliers. In any case, this doesn't sound like ich, and most other things to go fallow for are a 6 week fallow.

There's no visible ich in the tank... I just finished an ich treatment that included an 8 week fallow period.

Copper was used by LFS to treat.

2 clowns, coral beauty and small blue hippo doing marvelously since re-introduction. Everybody has always gotten along famously...

The foxface was golden until sometime between 530 and 830 when we were out for dinner.

It's always had a diverse diet..frozen mysis, brine, spirolina brine...and nori a few times a week.
