I posted a question for DR. Ron Shimek on his forum about some snails that you are running a sale on.

Hi.

The reviews on the snails were not very good according to Dr. Shimek. Was pretty much the general thinking on all the snails available in our hobby. Most of these snails will live for a year or more in the tank, i have some that are several years old. It is true that you loose quite a few though, we loose many in our holding tanks.

Right now we are pretty much limited to these snails, most likely because they are easy to collect. Dr. Shimek has been trying to get some collectors to look for other species but so far they have not been very responsive.

So until then, these are the best choice. I personally have had the best luck with baha snails, baha hermits and nass. snails.
