High Alk. best way to lower

Well I had a bad salt mix with my reef crystals. And my alk is sky high at 15. Whats the best way to lower it.

-add calcium to counter react
-water change with less salt (because of the salt mix it raised alk)

I have already tested with 2 different kits. Both confirmed high. Elos/sailfert

Best way to lower them is a series of waterchanges

Do a water change with a salt that has a lower alk level.

You could stop dosing alkalinity and let the level drop on its own, if no animals are in trouble. Alkalinity at that level doesn't seem to be an issue for most systems. I'd also get a second opinion on the test kit before doing anything drastic.
