I was in your retail outlet this past weekend on Saturday and picked up a Hippo Tang. I acclimated it and it was doing great. I just came home for lunch and it is dead. It was active last night when I was watching my tank. I know you have the Arive Alive/Stay Alive policy for your shipped goods. Do you have this for your retail outlet as well? I am 2 hours from the store so I won't be able to make it back this weekend or the next due to being out of town.
