Ho long for a bleached hammer to recover?

A week ago I saved a bleached green hammer coral from a terrible LFS tank. I got it for a really big discount. It's been happy in my tank so far and had full polyp extesion. I'm wondering how long does it take for a bleached LPS coral like this to recover its color? Thanks in advance for any info.

Thats going to be variable with each persons tank/severity of the bleaching/etc...If the coral will accept food,there's a good chance for recovery.I bought a 4 head bleached Frogspawn once and was only able to save 2 of the heads.Color returned in about 6 weeks.

Thanks man. Just looking for some persnal experiences. I can tell its okay enough to recover, just wondering at a guess as to how long. Its a cool piece. instead of individual polyps it is 1 piece of snaking skeleton about 7in long.
