HOB Skimmer for 60g

I'm thinking of putting a skimmer on my 60g cube. No sump and limited space on the back of the tank. Reasonably well established (running since 1992)

I recently upgraded the lighting from 3 x 75w VHO to 1 x AI Sol blue. I have a variety of softies now but would like to start sps/lps soon.

Cost is not too big of an issue but I don't really want to break the bank either.

Suggestions???

I have no experience with any of these models but they seem to be the most popular. I just bought a BH90 and I will give a review whenever is shows up.
