Holiday shipping question plz help...

Hi, I am interested in placing an order today for delivery on the following Wendsday in 2007 as per the holiday ship schedule. My question is if I place the order today 28th and if something comes available tomorrow or the weekend can I edit my order to include those items, since livestock on your site is always being updated I just wish to get as much as I can without paying multiple shipping chrages, also I am very interested in checking the Divers Den section each day. Currently there are numerous specimens I would enjoy buying but unfirtunately they are not available...that is why I am asking.

We have recently updated our system in an effort to provide the fastest and most accurate service to our customers. As a result, orders are now electronically transmitted to our vendors immediately after they are finalized and this makes any changes to them almost impossible. In order to ensure you receive the maximum number of items you desire, quickly and accurately, we suggest you place your order either late Sunday, December 31st or before 9:30am CST Monday, January 1st. That way the selection of items will be the most accurate and up to date. Oh, I see. I just wanted to secure the items that are in stock today and then add on if anything new comes in. I thought since this weekend is unique from other weekends since there is no shipping after this afternoon that by buying this evening my items would fix them into the system, and seeing as there is no other sihpments there would be no chance of them being sold. But if I do this then I would not be allowed to buy anything more items the following day (tomorrow) to add to my order for wends. the 3rd delivery?
 
While we realize that the holidays do present a unique shipping situation, it is even more difficult to modify orders with additional items during this exceptionally busy time. Since we are not shipping orders for a period of four days, we incur an extensive backlog of orders, making any changes to them even more difficult. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully will make up for this with the quality of our shipments and service.
