You NEVER hypo your display, unless you want to kill everything alive in there, including all your biological bacteria. You hypo fish in a seperate QT & leave the main tank fallow for 8 weeks, to irradicate any parasites.

i saved some sand so hopefully i can reintroduce amphipods and copepods and mini brittles and few bristles, everything else i could do with out. i removed all the corals. i not sure if it'll kill my biofilter either but you may be correct, i lowered the salinity only.003 a day. no ammonia spike yet, doing daily WCs for a while, its not fun.

Ahh so you heard the news huh ... they also mentioned that
