minus the pygmy (too aggressive for that size) and the hermits (will attack the snails eventually)

I'd disagree. I have known some people whose angels are aggressive, and others who are docile and the sweetest things. In that particular case I think it depends on the fish.

If you are having a lot of trouble deciding, why not leave out that 5th fish and see how the top 4 you really want get along, it will be a high bioload but you can play it by ear later as the tank matures.

I know my stock lists changed as soon as I was in the store and was like "omg i need that fish!" so prepare for that too ;p

Just make sure the cherub goes in last and you should have no issues I'm sure.
