hot iwaki?

my iwaki 30RXLT is hot to the touch ever since i bought it 3 years ago. i was wondering if other iwaki users notice the same thing. i can keep my hand on it but it's hot. i just want to be sure this is normal.

I have a two iwakis and both run hot but seem fine

Yes it is from all of them I have seen. That's why I don't use one.
