How accurate are the Dials/Bar graph on the 7095?

I am wondering how accurate the percentage lights are on the 7095. I have the power dials set at exactly half way and my percentage lights are showing 80%. Which should I believe? Also, are these lights just a general idea of the power or are they exact? Can we only set these to percentages shown or can it be in between? It would be nice if this type of control was set with an digital readout indicator that showed exactly how much flow each pump was producing. If I turn my knobs up to about 3/4 of full power, the lights show 100%.

The LED's should be fairly accurate, you can get in between speeds, 90% would probably show as 100% on the bar display. An LCD display adds way to much expense, we looked into it and it would have made the controller about $100 more.
