How big of TEMP do swings do YOU get?

My tank goes from 77-83 thoughout the day. Full Polyp Extension all day long. No signs of stress what so ever. Actually seems like my milliporas get more PE as the temp rises.

Running 2x400 MH and 4x80 T5's over a 180. (1120 total watts) No fans. MH are 20" above the water in a canopy, T5's are 18" above the water. The MH rests on top of the canopy and there are (4) 15"x6" holes in the top of the canopy.

I use an AquaController so I have it set to kick on two fans when it is +0.06 degrees above season average and two more to kick on when it reaches 1.0 degree above season average.

So far the second set of fans have not turns on.

I run my tanks at 79 to 80 year round so in the summer their isnt but mabey a 1 degree swing. Rather be 79-80 than a 4-5 degree swing.

mine is 79.5 and 80.2 in HOT summer days.
