well i ordered a artica chiller from you after i called marine depot and found htey were back ordered ( woulda bene nice if they told me... already checkedout and then got skeptical that they really had it and called.. and of course.. they were back ordered.. so ****ed at the lack of communication i cancled the order..
then i head on over to drfostersmith.com
of couse it is back ordered there but atleast you tell people that ( and i love the fact that it tell syou when there expected to be back in stock)
well needing a chiller the very next day i orded the 1/4 hp chiller instead of the 1/3 ( md had the 1/4 in stock but i knew that fostersmith has better communication) minutes befor the air delivery cut off time... of course my creditcard was not approvedbecause it was an internet order so fosterwmith calls almost instantly ( of course i left for work by that time) and call them back later . and some how i get the chiller the nextday in perfect condition. compleat with seran wrap and all....
anyways my point is.. you kick rear when it comes to communication and having the best website when it comes ot the link between whats displayed and what you have in stock
