I purchased a rose several weeks ago and it parked itself between two cracks at the bottom of my live rock. It seems to only come out from the crevace for a few hours during midday then disappears again. I have tried several times to feed it mysid and the fleshy parts of frozen krill, and it grabs them shortly then it lets them go and the current takes them. What should I feed it to entice it to eat? It's about 4+ inches and has a mouth that looks like it could more than handle the mysid (or even krill), but it just doesn't take. Do I need to downgrade the food size to brine, or even cyclops? It looks healthy as far as I can tell, but I would like to be sure and maybe even get it to grow and hopefully split over time. Im running HO T5's and water parameters are all normal (1.025 salinity, 8.3ph, 0 nitrites, nitrates, phosphates, 600cal, etc). Temp is a steady 78F).
