How do I move plumbing

I'm all done with sump plumbing just Have to clean and add cement. Thing is I think I might be moving out pretty soon (about a month or two) and don't see how I would disassemble plumbing for the move. Should I just wait? or is there an easy way to move all this im just not seeing. Thanks

I use threaded bulkhead fitting and install union fitting so it can be taken apart. Some valves have threaded ends that allow disassembly. Even if you are not moving every year or two plumbing needs to be cleaned.

I try to add threaded bulkhead fittings and unions to any other spot that would be impossible to get to with out cutting. Even if you dont move having the ability to quickly and easily get into all the sections of your plumbing is priceless.

I install with silicon and the valves with threaded ends from lowes have orings just like unions. No leaks.

I don't think there would ever be a reason to cement threaded fittings. Use plumbing teflon tape, not the yellow gas line stuff. Cement is for non-threaded fittings.

Talk to someone in the plumbing department at your local hardware store and they'll show you all you need.

You should always set up a tank so you can modify it. You'll be glad you did and you'll be surprised how often you'll make changes.

Defenetly I have no clue about plumbing thanks for the right direction.

Unions and bulkheads have no need for plumbers tape or glue. They have Orings or silicone/rubber gaskets to seal them. Threaded fittings can use plumbers tape or liquid plumbing sealant, its just messy.

IF it has an O ring then yes there is no need for teflon tape, but say you have threaded bulk heads drilled in the back for returns and you have a threaded 90 degree elbow that screws in, that will not have an O ring and thus you will need tape. You can't just assume all threaded junctions will have an O ring.

That would fall under the category of a threaded fitting which as i said needs plumbers tape or the liquid stuff.
