I am going to attempt TTM with my clownfish and my melanurus wrasse. Can I use hydrogen peroxide and DI water rinse to clean my equipment? Can I clean the sand for my wrasse, or will I have to throw sand away? I'm also really nervous about QTing the wrasse, I don't want to stress it out so much that I kill it. He was impossible to catch during the move.
How do I sanitize my reef equipment while treating ich?

I would not reuse the sand. It is cheap enough to be replaced. Aside from that letting the equipment dry for 48h should be enough to sterilize it.

Put a small bowl in the tank with some sand in it for the wrasse and then disregard and setup a new one for the next tank transfer.
I usually spray down the tank and all equipment with a bleach/water solution, let sit for a couple of hours, rinse really well then dry with paper towel and let to fully dry for 48 hours.

Bleach will kill anything that needs to be killed. Rinse it well, maybe towel it out, and use it. If it doesn't smell like beach, you are good to go. If there are any doubts, a couple squirts of DeChlor will take care of it.

All I do is let it dry. The Ick parasite will die within 24 hours, I believe, iif dry.
+ Between transfers, the tank and equipment should be cleaned (with bleach or vinegar and water) and allowed to completely dry AND stay completely dry for 24 hours OR longer http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2388428
Plain water has been shown to be just as effective.
I have never added sand when doing TTM for my Wrasses. At lights out the have just gone and hidden under a piece of the PVC I put in the tank.

I have DI water,(I have an RO/DI system) is that a good alternative for the prime? also, about what bleach to water ratio?

I usually use 1:10 Bleach/water ratio.
Prime is only used just to make sure that if there is any bleach left will be neutralized and is different then RO/DI water.
Usually if you let it fully dry, there is nothing to worry about. Bleach when fully dry will be salt (NaCl) and do no harm.
Using a small fan to blow on the equipment will also help make sure everything gets fully dry.

I use straight vinegar, then rinse well and let dry for at least 48 hours. For as the sand, I used pool sand from Home Depot (it's very cheap) and brought 2 tubberware bowls from Dollar General to use to hold the sand. I used new sand each transfer.
