How do i tune my octo 150?

I just got a octo 150 in trade looks like it is going to be sweet when i get it tuned in.But i cant seem to get the thing from filling up the cup in under a min. I have the adjustment pipe all the way down and it still fills right up. Thanks

raise the skimmer up in the sump. If the skimmer is overflowing with the pipe all they way open that is the only cure.

I actually lowered the level in the sump and got it working ok now thanks Double-J.
