How do I use sockets 23-26 on a P3?

I am currently using 3 x 6D power bars and one 4 pump doser all daisy chained off S1-S4.

I want to add another 4 pump doser to sockets 23-26. The P3 will not let me program it.
How do I make this happen?

S1S4 can not go beyond 24 sockets, to go above this you must use PAB power bars connected off of the PAB socket.

But if you can not use 23 or 24 then I will report this to GHL for you

What about a 4 pump dosing pump?
Where do I plug that in? Does it plug into the PAB socket?
Can 6D power bars be used on the PAB socket?
