How do you guys feel about this as feeders?

How do you guys feel about this as feeders?

the shrimp are fine, that is one thing i feed my mantis. the sand fleas i have never tried but i will be trying them when it gets warmer out and i catch my own and the minnows im not sure about.... if you have a smasher wich it seems you do i would stay more with inverts as live food once a week and twice a week with frozen foods. try to mix up there diet regularly.

that has worked for me so far. good luck with it all and i am sure you will get more advise from others.

for a smasher, the important part with the live food is the hard shell. the three you mentioned dont really have anything to that effect.

i dont see that that site says they sell the sand fleas..

if they are harvested, i wouldnt feed them, if they are cultured, then, maybe...
