How do you move anemoe and hairy mushrooms?

I have some green bta, bought one and split off into six two of which decided to move and I captured them while they weren't attached. I have some large pink hairy mushrooms that also are taking over by division. My question is how do I "when I want to" get them to turn loose so I can thin out the population?

I mean I would like to get some of them "loose" so I can get them out of tank and give their location to some other things, their just too many of them. I directerd a water stream at a mushroom.......so it just split adding to the problem!

The anemone can be gently pried off of the rock. To get the mushroom off you need to cut the rock underneath of it and remove it that way.
