How does my BTA look!

How does my BTA look to you. I wish the tips would bubble up!

MY GBTA has decided to stay behind my rocks, its BT are small and round....but my RBTA is right up front and gets BT once in awhile....but mostly swells up and has long tentacles.....I bet it has something to do with the lighting and flow inside the tank....when i got my RBTA a few weeks ago it looked so nice and bubbled inside the shipping bag.......lasted about a day

when i bought mine it had bubble tips, and it did for a few days in my tank after I got it home and now it don't, what kind of lighting do you have? I have a 250w mh over my 46 bowfront.
