I’m far from an anemone expert, but it does not appear to be gaping which is a good sign usually.

I’ll also tag @bradleym as they’re good with nems too if I recall correctly.

I think that carpet looks well in that video. Sick anemone does look well at time so it is still no guarantee. I would buy him but prepare to treat if needed.
