How high to place T5's?

Hey all, as mentioned before, I've opened a shallow tank for my clams (24"lx24"wx12"h, with actually 10" of water height cause it's rimless). Anyway, I'll be hanging my 6x24w Powermodule today. The bulbs will be 3 Blue+ and 3 Aquablue 12k all by ATI. How high would you recommend the light to hang after the initial acclimation? (the clams won't be going in for a while anyway, but I'd like to have a game plan) Thanks!

T5s are generally kept as close to the water as you can without them getting splashed all the time.
