How long does it take 4 a clownish 2 host my bta???

I have 2 juvenile 3 banded clownfish & a small rose bta...wen will the fish host that bta????

Maybe never. Mine seem to enjoy the back top corner of the tank better than a BTA. They enjoyed stealing food out of the LPS corals and the BTA. They eventually killed my BTA

Anemone hosts the clowns!!!!

Depending upon what kind you have, BTA is likely not a natural host so 50:50 at best.

Agree, BTA is natural to maroons, not a match to yours, so could take a while or maybe never, a natural match usually happens fairly quick

I've seen a video where a guy uses a clear acrylic tube and puts the fish in the tube with the bottom end towards the anemone. This gives the fish no option but to swim towards it and it helped him to get his clowns host the anemone. Not sure which anemone is "best" for your clowns but try this and hopefully it works.

If you go to petco, they sale the xlarge clear tubes for aquarium vacumes, that might be A good choice

Most of us try to avoid forcing them in, it can actually be harmful.

Look above at the sticky for which nems host which clowns, and check to see which nem may fit your tank best, they all have different needs
