Did everyone get a confirmation email, or was it just a phone call when the package was going to be shippped? I sent a follow up email to add additional contact information but have not received anything back yet. I'm hoping it's because they're out collecting rock!

I never got an email at all. I did get a phone call maybe up to week or so after I placed the order saying they had no rock. Then the next bit of contact I had was was "the call" when they were going to ship it.
Same thing for my part 2.
