Assuming that you are talking about blue/green chromis, I personally would not relate them to colour, I find them pretty plain in fact.

For your current tank, I'd not any more fish, if you have to, I'd add one, even so it might be at the mercy of your pseudochromis.

For your upcoming 120G, most seem to report that they will kill off their own one by one and eventually you'd left with only one. The most I have is only one, so I'm not really in a position to comment on this.

Under the right lights and if they're good and healthy they are very bright fish. I have a 45g with 4 of them and they shoal together nicely. Have them in there with a goby and a dottyback now and plan to add a pair of ocellaris clowns. I love chromis.

Here's one of my guys;

I actually think my chromis have alot of color to add to my tank.
Constantly changing/vibrating in blue to green color, love em.
I've had the same 6 for almost 5 years, no problem.
I'd say you may be able to add 2-3 and your tank would be MAX.
May want to upgrade to a stronger skimmer w/ that load, or really keep up on WC.

your psudochromis will deff. kill blue/green chromis damsels. Mine killed all 6 of mine in a matter of 2 months.

you should put into a tank a school of six at once - I would wait until you upgrade and put in more at a time.

I bought 3, and then 3 more a few months later.
I don't buy into the numbers thing w/ chromis, equal or odd.
I'm amazed so many people are split on chromis fighting or not.
Now the psudo, yeah, mean almost always.

yeah, i think Chromis are overlooked, allthough they are only 3-4 bucks, you cant beat a small school of fish. This is why they are a staple in many peoples tanks. Its funny i read all this bad things about the pseudechormis, he has always been a model citizen, actually my clowns are the ones that beat up my jawfish. I would love to have a school of anthias, but i dont think that would be a good idea in a 50. Nice Shot Wrench.

My clown and my dottyback are the meanest fish ever. They attack anything. I don't know how they became so hardcore.

Edit - oh yeah, Chromis are awesome. They look so cool schooling

Nice tank! Whatever you decide I suggest adding the chromis together at the same time if you do. I had three and added 1 later and they would constantly fight for some reason. Just my $.02

I like my chromis, but they're prone to sectarian violence. I added 7 to my 120 gallon, hoping they would shoal, now I have 3 a month later.
