how many anemones can i have in a 40 breeder with these fish?

It depends on what kind of anemones you want to keep and what lighting you have.

Your clowns and the porcelain crab will be in the anemone. Just make sure you have more than one for both the clowns and the crab separately. The clown will likely kill the porcelain if there's only one anemone in the tank.
You're more likely to lose the Jawfish from it jumping out of the tank than it's being killed by BTA.
The angel might or might not peck and eat anemone. The chance of a dwaf angel eating anemone is a lot less than large angel.
In general, BTA are not known to be threat to any kind of fish.

i would like 4 bta's all different colors. i already have the jawfish and clowns. ive had them for 5 months in a 29 gallon.

Actually, they're all the same color.

There are possibly two types of BTAs, a colonial one and one that lives singly. Both will have varying colors, depending to a large part on the zooxanthellae contained within. Depth, lighting, size and other factors can make colors vary. In general, the only two absolutely set colors are a green and a red/pink/rose color. These two normally will not change to the opposite. Oranges, sunsets, etc. can appear more rose colored and sometimes greener. Greens can actually vary from a deep green to almost a light blueish color.

For the most part, happy BTAs will just get a more intense color in an aquarium, not change colors. BTAs will eat anything that gets in their grasp, a jawfish that settles on one can be at risk. Fortunately, most fish are smart enough to stay away. Of course, if you cover the bottom with wall-to-wall BTAs, you'll lose things.
