How much carbon & another question

I have a 120 gallon total volume reef, it's about 4 months old I've been running chemipure but have the aqua forest carbon but am confused on how many grams to use. I've tried measuring out the ml with a food scale but it seems like an awfully lot. Also how does the component 123 system match up
With mixing your own aqua forest additive? Which component corresponds with ca/mg, KH, and mag? I'm going to start using the 123 but have a little remaining solution left from when I mixed it my self.

Ok so to answer your first question . For the carbon it comes out to about 2 1/4 cups
