Horstman2, I have been a user of Tunze products for many years and I will say that I have NEVER had a problem with them. As with any products, some will sneak by and have problems. I have known Roger as a customer of his a long timeand will happily say that he works very hard with his customers who do encounter problems. You will NOT find a more customer service oriented, dedicated and nice person than Roger.

That said, I have to wonder if you have an ulterior motive? You have two posts in this forum and both are complaining about Tunze. In case you don't remember, here's your other post here http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=9081139#post9081139 Do you even own any Tunze products? If not, what's your beef with Tunze? Why are you slamming the company and products?

Lastly, we run a family friendly board here. Using characters such as $(%^&%, etc is considered evading the profanity censor and, as a result, a violation of the User Agreement that you electronically signed when you joined Reef Central.

Horstman2, if you don't like the tunze products don't buy them. I have the osmolator, 2 6000's and a multi controller and I am totally satisfied.

Sir I did not mean to comae accros that way. I am am very excited by this product but got a little bummed when I read those few post. Having read further I see that you and Tunze are straight up folks and handlle the few problems that do arise. Hastely I read that post and thought you where telling him to just run a "hls broken" item. Thinking that was the case, i was shocked. I certainly am disapointted that I can't get one right now but would not use that certaintly did not influence my post. I have already paid for my system and am more then happy to wait for the best. Sorry again to you and any others whos feathers I ruffled.
