how much would you pay

for a 2 head frag of these

i was thinking 10-20$ not trying to make a profit just my money back for the original frag. The original color was a richer black center with a brighter orange skirt. The camera also washes them out a bit

Personally I try to not buy two polyp frags, as I'm not confident I can turn them into a colony. 3 polyps is my minimum. Would I drop a $20 for 2 what I consider desirable polyps? Yeah, probably.

That said, while $20 is not an outrageous price for two polyps of nicely colored, healed from fragging zoos, $10 is much more friendly.

yeah thats what i figured and kinda planned on doing just because its 2 polyps. Id prefer not to frag them at all but there hanging on to the disk by a tiny piece of flesh (somehow a bubble algae grew out of the blue in the middle of the mat and messed it up) so i figured id frag it off and let it grow. Thanks

I had a similar situation (polyps hanging on by thread, not hair algae) with a Fruity Pebbles frag that had an Eye of Jupiter polyp on it too. I could have just about pulled the Eye off but I left it so it would hopefully produce more before I started messing with it.

And it has so now I have like 4 or 5 of them, though they are better attached. I am confident 4 or 5 will survive fragging and can form a new colony.
