How Often/ well rounded diet?

How many times a week should I be feeding AND, what would be considered a well balanced diet to feed my corals?
I currantly have 3 monti caps, 2 types of pagoda, Neon GSP's, Pumping xenia, branching pink tip frogspawn, a few zoos , + a mushroom leather. To feed i have oyster eggs, cyclop-ezze, Mysis shrimp, Formula 1 frozen (for fish), algea from glass cleaning, and Stirred ditritus.
What else should I get and how often should I give it. Also -does it make a differance what time I feed these guys?
I don't want anyone to go hungery!

Thanx for all suggestions and opinions!

Stirred ditritus.

mmmm...

Yum

:D

I like to feed at night.
oyster eggs and cyclop-ezze are good

some kind of live phyto would not be a bad idea.

You're feeding more than most: sounds like a good diet. I add phytoplankton to up the level of pods and such in the tank, which also encourages sponges, which are good water-cleaners. Watch your phosphate levels with a lot of feeding: it's sneaky and doesn't always show on tests. If you start getting algae, run Phosban. Phyto doesn't seem to affect that in a bad way, and having a lot of pods may actually help with the algae. Corals will eat the infant pods, so I hear, and they're out at night when corals feed most.
