How rare is this?

I just spent the last hour and a half reading this article and its just simply amazing the corals you can find cost an arm and a leg for a single head here in the states like those torches!!!! Simply Beautiful

Great thread and I visit this thread every now and then to see if more pictures are added... its great to live in near by where you can see all these great things that nature has to present...

I came back to this thread again and still amazed. The most I get out of Southern California is some cold water anemones and starfish. I still appreciate it but I am totally jealous of you

I was just told about this thread and had to look it up. Spent the last two hour in total bliss. Thanks for the images and education.

Absolutely amazing!!! Looked through all 52 pages and loved all the pics! I would be out there every weekend if i could endlessly searching for the next cool thing. Your tank is gorgeous! I cant even begin to imagine instead of heading to the LFS just going down to the tide pools and find what i was looking for. Hope to see some new pics of the coral and your fishing adventures soon! thanks for all the pics Lewy:)

Beyond amazing! What I would give to just see that in person. Gives me ideas for a honeymoon! Can't wait to see more!!

You know im sure alot of people arent aware that the start of this thread was in 2008 its now 2014 hes contributed plenty of time and personal experience writing this thread. That said thanks for doing this awsome thread helps me understand a little more what region certain corals come from as well as how big they can be and the fish just look amazing specially that bucket of scotts fairy wrasses :$...

Went for a fish today after 2 weeks on monsoonal rains.

Just a few baby prawns in the shallow. They were all jumping as my line went through the water.
