how to attach fuzzy mushroom to rocks?

hey guys,

i got a large fuzzy mushroom that i want to attach to start a colony on a particular rock, how can i get him to attach?

The best way is to set it on some rubble rock then when it attaches to that,you can glue it to the rock you want it on.I have tried many ways took picks glue rubber bands and even sat a rock on top hopping it would attach.Hope this helps.Chris

you might want to use some netting to help hold down the mushroom till it ataches itself to the rock, I've tried using super glue gel to glue newly fragged shrooms to a rock before and it only works 5% of the time, the problem is that shrooms like to secreate (I know I didn't spell that right, i think) alot of slime and it makes them hard to attach with glue.

Rubble is a another good way, as suggested above

I put them in a glass with a bunch of rubble and they attach in about a week, just make sure they don't stick to the glass.

I've tried the rubber bands and super glue, but neither work for me.

i usually just 'wedge' them between two small m&m sized rocks and put a nylon net around them...works for me

super glue never works for mushroom. Like said the best way is to place the mushroom in some rock rubble and they will attach themselves. I take small soap dish with suction cup and plce it in the aquarium with some live rock rubble.
