How to catch a Citron Goby

Ok.. any suggestions here? caught this stinker picking at my CLAM! and also all my Acros. Has not touched any others as of yet. all my acros are small so this sort of thing is not good... Fish does look very skinny so we may not have long, but I really need to get it OUT! I tried a hook, but it eats acros, so it tiny hook just scared it. (hook worked great on the Hawk). It seems to nest underneath or ontop of my Cap.

I did catch this fish. After I got home late last night from fishing (midnight), I saw it sleeping on the edge of hte rock. I blinded it with a flashlight and then just scooped it up with the net. It didnt know what hit it! all of 30 seconds worth!
