How to catch a fish in 5 seconds!

I tried everything else short of ripping my tank apart to catch a blue chromis, He is one fast fish.
Went online and bought a #24 fish hook w/ a tiny piece of shrimp. I caught my chromis im 5 seconds.
He is now happily living in a friends tank.

lol, I have used a toy gun that shoots ping pong balls to slurp my fish....how much larger is the one you are using? That needs to be marketed...

My friend and helper is the inventor; he can build, scavenge, or make anything work. It isn't bigger that an ordinary slurp gun, works very well. I hope he makes a few bucks too; rather limited market, though.

I put the same info in a post above. I can't give out details now. Not a big deal, really. Any slurp gin can catch fish in a tank. They can also slurp up other stuff, so practice.

Will a baited hook get a frightened fish out of the rocks? A slurp gun will. Hooks do work well, be sure to flatten the barb. IME, these two methods seem so out of the ordinary that most folks won't try them anyway.

None of my fish are frightened at feeding time . Yes slurps are great but hard to find out there.
