how to catch mantis shrimp

i have one in my tank its only about a inch long or so ya can hear him at night makeing a click noise.anyway i keep finding my hermitt crabs dead in the tank now i finally seen him eating my bumbble bee snail what a *****.i hate that dam thing do they make traps for them i really cant tear my rocks out i have corals glued on them.
