Zoas do not need any additional suppliments other then whats found in normal water changes to thrive.
A mature tank that is well lit and has plenty of flow is also needed. Suppliments are not needed.
actually your in the wrong forum, but since youre already here; they can be fed a coulple of ways.
Turkey injector/syringe with 15-20 mL or so of water and baby brine shrimp or disolved Cyclop-eeze.
you will need to stop the flow or drill a small hole in the bottom of a clear plastic cup and place it over the area being fed for appx. 10 minutes.

I wouldnt bother adding food just for zoas. Adding food like that will just raise your wastes. Mine get plenty of food when I feed my fish Rod's Food or any meaty food.
My zoa's and other corals thrive and reproduce without special attention.
