How to get clowns to host

I added a RBTA to my tank about a month ago and I already had a paired set of clowns in the tank. They have not hosted to the nems yet and I was wondering if their is any way to get them to enjoy their possible new home.

Clowns don't host, anemones do :).
Once they touch the anemone, chances are they will go into it and rarely leave. Some people gently nudge one or both of them towards the anemone until they dart into it to get away from you. Some people have had luck with mirrors or squirting food into the anemone. What I did years back was to place the anemone (still attached to it's rock) into a 5 gallon container and then place the new clowns into the container. It was easy to get them into the anemone that way.
Keep in mind that some clowns don't go with some anemones and some are very stubborn.

Nope, nothing you can do but wait. They may or may not ever take to it.

I have to disagree here.. I had a pair a while back that wouldnt play hostee for almost 6 months being in same tank with a BTA.

My clows were comfortably set up in the corner section of my 120g tank. They always stayed in the same place and laid eggs under a shell every couple weeks. After my impatience finally built to frustration (6 months or so) I decided to take action..

I changed the rockwork around where they ususally stayed in the tank. They were uncomfortable, and immediatly began looking for a new "spot". In the morning I woke up and they were nestled in the BTA.

Just my experience.... I have also heard that you can direct a powerhead at your clowns "spot" to make them move (same idea as changing rockwork).. They may search for a new area and find the anemone.
