As of today technical support questions must only be sent via email from now on. We can no longer answer support questions via PM
We are contactable 7 days a week at sales@aqua-digital.com
The reason for this is two fold, firstly we do not have to be by the P.C to answer support isssues if emailed to us and secondly the RC inbox fills up in about 30 minutes daily on average.
Due to the HUGE amount of new users coming online to profilux, we have seen the biggest growth in April/May than any other month and of course everyone needs some helps from time to time. So to help us help you please abide to this request
