how to nurse a carpet anemone

Hello,
so I have had a nice blue carpet for about 7 months now, doing very well.
came back lst night after a week, to find my morrish Idol developed a taste for it !

the poor guy let go of the glass under sand he was holding his foot on, and his mouth is open.

so I removed him and placed him in a breeder box for now so the Idol cant bite it.

what should I do to nurse it back to good health, before moving it to another tank ?

I think it would be more stress moving it to another system, while its like it is now ?

its foot is not holding well. its mouth is open, and its not as sticky as it used to be.

thanks.

It will want sand. Fill a tupperware container and set it in the box. Give it food when it's mouth closes. And make sure it is in low flow and gets plenty of light. Good luck!

*EDIT* tupperware sand should be as deep as possible. 3+ inches.
