How to remove an anemone?

Somehow have 4 in my tank and need to remove at least 1 if not 2. How do you get it to release from the rock it has a foothold on?

Use an ice cube and make the water around the anemones foot cold.And change the flow to where it blows toward the anemones foot if ya need to move them out fast like it sounds like ya need to do.

I bought a small tri color bubble tip the other day at the LFS and he showed me how the remove them. Using the tip from a plastic cap to a ball point pen, gently poke or "tickle" the outside of the foot and little by little it will retract until its removed. He dd it in less than a minute
