hqi mh bulb id please

Ok here is my problem. I ordered some new hqi 250w mh bulbs from my lfs today. When I got the it says
PEC LAMP
MH-250W/TD
BLUE
Ok that being said they are supposed to be phoenix 250w 14k bulbs. Are they? Thanks in advance for your help

the rest I'm not sure on, but I bet you got the right light

I just got Pheonix bulbs and the have the exact same print on them.
