Huge Turbo snail question

I just bought a turbo but it is huge (probably about the size of a golf ball). Will this hurt any corals I am going to place in my 16g BioCube?

the mexican turbo which i think is what you have, i had a few of them they never hurt any corals but will knock them down if they are held in place.
