What about using T slot aluminum. It can hold the weight and makes the skinning fairly easy?

I thought about it. I still may go that route. I just have a welder/local reefer who I have been working with who has been really helpful. He can do all the steel welds and help out to make me feel more comfortable with the build and for not much cost.
